Her experience is grounded in strategic finance and marketing, having spent 15 years in investment banking and business development as well as leading several multi-billion-dollar consumer businesses and corporate strategy for a large consumer portfolio, then owned by the Carlyle Group. Having a special talent for bringing the right opportunities to clients, solving complicated problems easily, and driving a vision through to the end result. She understands the art of large-scale transactions, complex negotiations, and maximizing value.
Margot began to get excited about real estate when she became involved in her husband Jasons’s business, building and designing luxury homes from Westhampton Beach to Sagaponack. She has been an important part of his company and clients lean on her to lead private investment opportunities that drive value to their personal portfolios, just as she has to hers.
Margot lives full time in Westhampton Beach with her husband Jason, two daughters Anabelle and Eloise and two mini golden doodles Charlie and Lucy. She decided to be in The Hamptons full time five years ago, months before the pandemic. She loves long days at the beautiful ocean beaches spanning the coast of Southampton town and each unique Main Street.
